LESSONS FOR BEGINNERS

Voice lessons are given by expert voice teachers with formal educations in vocal training.  We definitely teach all styles from classical to rock.  Secondly, our approach is to strengthen the voice in a healthy and safe manner.   Thirdly, we teach solid vocal training principles which are key to strong vocal development.

Finally, taking voice lessons in a structured environment students are more likely to develop strong self-confidence, and as a result will improve their quality of life.  Furthermore, learning to sing also gives them a talent they can share with others for an extra boost to their self-esteem.

Many of our students will join our pop/rock bands to perform concerts at the OC Fair, Knott’s Berry Farm and other venues, for instance.  Similarly, this builds discipline that leads to success!

While there is no set answer for how long it takes to learn an instrument, but we can say with regular practice, a basic level of vocal ability can be accomplished in a few months.  Secondly, most of our students take lessons on a long-term basis because they want to continuously improve and find the lessons enjoyable.

Of course, even if you don’t have a musical background, you can ask the teacher for advice on how to help your child practice. Similarly, by simply monitoring that they are doing exercises a certain number of times per day, the student will progress. Occasionally, parents will sit in on their child’s music lesson to get an idea of the proper way a song should sound or what the student should be practicing at home.
