Course Overview:

This engaging chess course is designed to introduce theoretical instruction and practical application.  Participants will develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills. The curriculum is tailored to cater to both beginners and intermediate players, ensuring a stimulating learning experience for all.

Course Objectives:

• Master the Basics: Learn the rules of chess, including piece movements and special moves.
• Develop Strategic Thinking: Learn to plan multiple moves ahead and anticipate opponent’s strategies.
• Enhance Tactical Skills: Develop skills such as tactical motifs like forks, pins, and skewers.
• Improve Problem-Solving Abilities: Apply logical reasoning to analyze chess puzzles and complex positions.
• Build Confidence and Sportsmanship: Develop good sportsmanship to handle wins and losses gracefully.
